The "J" in JaM: Jeff Sallee
Jeff and his wife, Kira, share a love for Flower Mound, TX, where they grew up, and are now raising their three children: Collin, Lyla, and Harry.
After completing his studies at the University of North Texas, Jeff embarked on a career in law enforcement, dedicating nine years to serving the community with the Carrollton Police Department. Jeff traded his badge for a briefcase as he entered the insurance field as an adjuster, and he gained valuable experience during his three-year tenure at Texas Farm Bureau where he honed his insurance knowledge. Specializing in roofing claims due to their complexity, Jeff's expertise was acknowledged by a roofing company owner in 2018, leading to his appointment as the General Manager.
Over the next few years, he delved into the roofing industry, leveraging his insurance background to assist customers in navigating the claim process effectively. Jeff's deep understanding of the business enables him to advocate for customers and maximize their claim payouts. Outside of work, Jeff enjoys quality time with his family, exploring new destinations, and collecting autographed sports memorabilia.
The "M" in JaM: Matt Burnham
Matt is the peanut butter to this sandwich. Matt has resided in the DFW Metroplex (Denton County) his entire life, with over 30 years spent in Flower Mound. He attended both Flower Mound Marcus High School and the University of North Texas where he got his degree.
After college Matt embarked on a career with a local police department, dedicating over 23 years to the force. Throughout his time as an officer, he has fulfilled roles such as patrol officer, field training police officer, drone pilot, hostage negotiator, and detective specializing in investigating violent crimes.
His law enforcement experience has honed his attention to detail and observational skills. Matt has engaged with individuals from diverse backgrounds, enriching his ability to connect with people. Outside of work, Matt resides locally with his wife, Lindsey, and their three children. Aside from spending time with his family, during his free time he indulges in activities such as cooking BBQ, coaching youth sports, and watching sports.
